A CAUSE?
Welcome to my Blog. As the Founder and President of Global Team Design, I want this to be a place where I can post ideas and you can post yours as well. What's happening in the realm of people from the Western World traveling around the world . . . not for just holidays, but to experience what's going on? Maybe we want to be a part of a cause that wants to rid this place of pain and suffering that result from poverty and disease so that we can experience God's will on Earth as it is in Heaven. There's a huge world of hurt out there and I think we're living in an era that really wants to respond to it in a massive way . . . we just need to figure out how to do it well. We all know that we can never fully eradicate the world of poverty and suffering - but I think we need to do all we can to try. I'd like to hear your thoughts in this . . .

Hey Cliff! From my experiences on teams, I know how important it is to prepare and have good leadership. The thing God has continuously reminded me was to be flexible.
